Our co-founder & Director Nerimantas Marcauskas started his professional career in the joinery industry in 2015 as a kitchen installer and joiner.
Working and fitting multiple brands, Nerimantas quickly became aware of problems that started in the design and manufacturing process which played out on site, and the lack of pre-planning which manifested itself often during the installation phase, often having issues with missing or damaged products being shipped to site, from what were meant to be market leading suppliers.
In 2017 Nerimantas decided to do something about this and began making by hand in a small workshop, high end quality furniture and joinery.
Quickly building up a strong following and client base, Nerimantas and Martin in 2019 aligned their interest and passion for quality customer experiences and high end products embarking on Atelier Bespoke cabinetry ltd and the road map to creating state of the art manufacturing facilities and showrooms in England Kent producing, delivering and installing class leading joinery.
Nerimantas consistently develops, tunes and guides the team during the technical process of manufacturing, blending the traditional use of hand crafted techniques in harmony with state of the art machinery creating bespoke joinery products
Nerimantas often credits his technical engineer background, as the spark for todays process in production and said. “I like challenging myself, I'm a persistent person and I like challenges, I often experiment with different materials and timbers to create something the market hasn’t seen before, It’s often the little details that set us apart and help us stand out from others to our clients.”
